**Key Responsibilities :**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and effective designs for various mediums.
- Develop and execute design concepts for digital and print materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design elements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and contribute to the overall creative direction of the company.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
**Job Requirements :**
- Proficient in using industry-standard design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and techniques.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field preferred but not required.
